Registration Matters - New Portal


Our new online portal is now live to facilitate registration and payment of fees.

Please note if you need to pay a fee which was deferred for payment during the height of the Covid19 emergency you have until Friday 30th October to make your payment.

You will have previously received email communication from us about your fee payment and how to pay via your online account.

If you need to contact us with any other query about your registration please email to providing the following:

– Full name
– Email Address
– Date of birth
– National Insurance Number
– Social Care Registration Number (if possible)

We are currently receiving a high volume of email queries and our team will respond to you. We ask you to remain patient and not resend your email. Please note your employment is not affected during the period of fee collection through to 30th October 2020.
